INTERVENTION AND
STUDY PROTOCOL

Aim of WP1 is to develop cross-country detailed and work plan, the instruments, and questionnaires for the Magnet4Europe intervention. This work package also relates to the pairing and randomizing hospitals in an intervention and control group.

TWINNING AND LEARNING COLLABORATIVE

Objective of WP2 is to twin European with Magnet® recognized hospitals and to create an interactive learning community using a software platform by Meplis specifically designed for this purpose.

DATA COLLECTION MANAGEMENT

Main objectives of WP3 include the development of the data management plan and the installation of the software platforms "Care Monitor" for data collection and "Meplis Campus" for participating hospitals.

Aim of WP4 is to evaluate the intervention process and to explore barriers and enablers of implementation and experiences of the change process by means of qualitative data.

SYNTHESIS

WP6 seeks to facilitate the production of a coherent and accessible body of scientific research and establish practices and procedures that support widespread and effective dissemination and knowledge transfer.
